Staff Augmentation Support – Estimating and Proposal

Synergistics has deployed several resources ranging from mid-career to principal to CPCCo in support of their Estimating and Proposal efforts. Our senior staff has provided dedicated service and has shown initiative in taking leadership responsibilities beyond their mandate in support of providing best value and quality to our client.

System Integration

Synergistics developed a multi-tiered approach to streamline reporting and automating data transfers between software application systems. The process will ensure that current capabilities are maintained while setting the foundation for developing new reporting and automated data transfer interfaces. This new system integration will allow multiple internal organizations to focus on their core responsibilities, resulting in fulfillment of mission objectives with effective project management.

Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Training

Synergistics provided a total of six 2-day EVMS training classes to over 160 CPCCo employees in project controls and management. This formal training provided the foundation of successful implementation of CPCCo’s EVMS. The course covered the requirements identified in EIA 748 and included hands-on Case Studies as well as classroom material.
